Marketing Automations

The Marketing Execution Problem

// Overview

The Problem

Most marketing teams are doing more work than they should. Campaigns go out manually, follow-ups get missed, leads go cold because nobody sent the right message at the right time. The tools exist — the systems don't.

  • New leads get one email then fall off — no nurture sequence in place
  • Broadcasts go out manually and one person owns the whole process
  • No segmentation — every contact gets the same message regardless of behavior
  • Abandoned carts, form fills, and trial signups with no automated follow-up
  • No visibility into which automations are running or what's converting

What I Build Instead

Marketing automation done right runs your funnel while your team focuses on strategy. Every lead gets the right message, at the right time, on the right channel — automatically.

  • Behavior-triggered sequences that respond to what contacts actually do
  • Segmentation logic that routes contacts based on tags, actions, and properties
  • Multi-channel flows across email, SMS, and retargeting working in sync
  • Re-engagement campaigns that bring cold contacts back without manual effort
  • Reporting that shows open rates, click-throughs, and revenue per sequence
What I Build

The automations that keep your funnel running.

Email Nurture Sequences

Multi-step email flows triggered by sign-ups, downloads, purchases, and behavior. Written to convert, structured to build trust, and segmented so each contact gets a relevant path.

SMS & Multi-Channel Flows

Coordinated sequences across email, SMS, and push — timed so channels complement rather than duplicate each other. Higher reach without higher opt-out rates.

Abandoned Cart & Re-Engagement

Automated recovery flows for abandoned carts, lapsed customers, and inactive leads. Timed, personalized, and structured to bring contacts back without discounting reflexively.

Segmentation & Tagging Logic

Contact segmentation built around behavior, lifecycle stage, purchase history, and engagement score. The right message goes to the right person — not a broadcast to everyone.

Onboarding & Lifecycle Flows

New customer and new user onboarding sequences that drive activation, reduce churn, and build the habit of using your product or service before the honeymoon period ends.

Automation Reporting & Optimization

Dashboards showing performance per flow — open rates, conversions, revenue attributed, and drop-off points. Ongoing optimization so sequences improve over time, not just on launch day.

Process

How It Works.

From funnel audit to live automation in four phases.

01

Funnel Audit

We map every stage of your funnel, identify where contacts are dropping off, and audit what automations are currently running — and what's missing entirely.

02

Flow Architecture

I design the full automation map — triggers, branches, timing, channel mix, and exit conditions. You review and approve the logic before any build begins.

03

Build & Test

I build every flow, write or refine copy, configure segmentation, and test the full sequence end-to-end before anything reaches a real contact.

04

Launch & Optimize

Flows go live. I monitor performance in the first weeks, fix any deliverability or logic issues, and document everything so your team can manage it going forward.

Wondering How I Work?

Answers to common questions about marketing automation and how I work.

Contact us

Which platforms do you build automations in?

I work across GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and n8n. If you're already on a platform, I'll build inside it. If you're starting fresh, I'll recommend the right tool for your use case and budget.

Do you write the email copy or do I need to provide it?

Both options work. I can write the copy as part of the project, or work with copy you provide. Either way, I review every message for tone, clarity, and deliverability before it goes into the sequence.

We have existing automations that aren't performing. Can you fix them?

Yes. I'll audit what you have, identify what's broken or underperforming, and either fix the existing flows or rebuild them properly. Sometimes the issue is logic, sometimes it's copy, sometimes it's deliverability — I'll diagnose before recommending.

How long does it take to build out a full automation system?

A focused project — one or two sequences with segmentation — typically takes 1–2 weeks. A full lifecycle automation system covering lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back is usually 3–5 weeks depending on scope and copy requirements.

Can you help with deliverability and getting out of spam?

Yes. Deliverability issues — domain authentication, sending reputation, list hygiene, and engagement-based suppression — are part of every project. I won't build sequences on a broken sending foundation.

Your Funnel Should Work While You Sleep
